Master’s degree (earned doctorate from an accredited institution desirable). 2. Three (3) years of experience in research, evaluation, and/or statistical analysis (experience in analysis related to teacher evaluation preferred). 3. Demonstrated success in the management of large and high-stakes projects and working with others in a collaborative manner to establish goals and objectives, develop action plans, conduct data analysis, and share results. SALARY RANGE: $72,212 – $88,556 Placement of new employees on the salary schedule shall be determined by a comparison of their salary history, comparable years of experience at the new job level and internal equity.
